If I already thought photoshoot lighting equipment damn expensive, this experiment by Jesse Rosten tops it all: an idea born in the middle of the night, he used 9 iPads as light source for a beauty shooting.
As an interesting side note: taking a closer look at the light reflections in the model’s eyes, the discussion among photographers if the reflections should be round (alas, the sun is round, too) or rectangular (alas, windows are rectangular, too), gets a whole new dimension. 😉
